Fox Communities Credit Union seeks a Teller I – Bilingual at the Green Bay Main Street branch to serve members with accuracy and warmth, handling transactions, account maintenance, and problem resolution while upholding our values.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency, cash handling experience, and strong written and verbal communication. Ideal candidates are flexible for Saturdays and enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced, member‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and translate fluent English and Spanish.
• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry is required.

Responsabilités

• Process basic and advanced member transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Assist members with account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Build member relationships by uncovering needs and guiding to products/services.
• Promote the Fox mission and values, and refer to other representatives as appropriate.
