Capital Credit Union - WI seeks a friendly Teller at the Green Bay Main Street branch to assist members in person, drive-ups, or by phone. You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions while promoting services and maintaining accurate cash handling.

The ideal candidate communicates in English and Spanish, balances a cash drawer daily, and supports branch operations with a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions and basic math.
• Proficiency with a computer terminal and basic office equipment.
• Familiarity with banking products and procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Assist members in person, via drive-ups, and by telephone with transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more.
• Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies.
• Open/close the branch according to procedures.
• Promote products and refer members to specialists.
• Provide training support and cross-train as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and participate in staff meetings.
