Dynamics Payments in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Specialist I, Technical Support (Call Center) to assist merchants with hardware/software issues and ensure secure processing. You will respond to inquiries with urgency while maintaining strong relationships and service quality.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or equivalent IT background, possess fluent English and Spanish communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer information systems or technical support.
• Experience in computer technical support; onsite technician is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all inbound calls from the IVR.
• Support processing issues for new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot remotely and onsite.
• Organize and prioritize multiple work assignments.
• Record customer interactions and actions taken clearly.
• Assist in basic IT support in the office.
• Work within KPI timeframes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
