Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions to provide best tooling solutions.
• Review customer applications and prints to determine tooling solutions.
• Provide support to coworkers, outside sales agents, designers, and distributors.
• Process mail and file paperwork.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
