Ring is seeking a remote customer support specialist based in the United States to help customers with device setup, billing, and technical troubleshooting via chat, email, and calls.

This role supports Ring customers with device account setup, billing, and technical troubleshooting through chat, email, and inbound and outbound calls. Representatives help diagnose and resolve issues with smart home devices, guide customers through product launches, and work with other Ring teams to document and escape emerging problems while maintaining a focus on account security.
Candidates need at least 2 years of customer service experience, fluency in both Spanish and English, and comfort using Microsoft Office. Strong troubleshooting skills, a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and a willingness to keep learning new technologies are required. Experience with Salesforce, Eero, or security alarm systems is a plus.
This is a remote, hourly position based in the United States, with pay ranging from roughly 17 to 27 USD per hour depending on location. Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
