• Strong sourcing skills to identify high-quality candidates.
• Experience in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives and cross-regional hiring.
