Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Bilingual Team Lead (Spanish/English) for our Harvest Facility on-site. In this role you will guide a diverse sorting team during harvest, ensure safety, quality, attendance, and workflow, and communicate across English and Spanish.

You will monitor attendance, assist with breaks, step in as a sorter when needed, maintain a clean, organized work area, adhere to PPE rules, and participate in the shift structure (including second shift).

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, email, web browsing).
• Must complete an allergen questionnaire.
• All required clearances must be obtained before start date.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to handle physically demanding work and exposure to noise and moving conveyors.
• Resume and in-person interview required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track attendance at shift start; communicate absences to office staff.
• Assist staff in managing breaks and workflow in sorting area.
• Work as a Sorter when not performing Team Lead tasks.
• Remove nonconforming materials (husks/stalks/mold, rogues, foreign matter, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with team members in English and Spanish.
• Perform regular physical tasks (standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, etc.).
