Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Team Lead (Spanish Bilingual) to grow and manage a team of Energy Pros representing Reliant Energy. You will train, coach, and mentor reps in sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand awareness, while driving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

You will oversee multiple locations, motivate reps, assess client needs, and deliver catered energy solutions. This is a full-time leadership role with base pay, uncapped commissions, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for reading, writing and speaking.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a retail energy sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Courteously welcome customers, assess needs and suggest products.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Train team members and assist with closing sales.
• Manage team performance and overall team production.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally; escalate when appropriate.
• Track schedules and inventory; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
