Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience with HRIS and HR databases; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Amplify hiring: craft job postings, review resumes, arrange interviews, and keep communication flowing.
• Elevate onboarding: prepare documentation, orchestrate orientation, and ensure new hires have what they need on day one.
• Safeguard our data: maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS entries.
• Be a trusted guide: answer routine benefits questions and route issues to the right experts.
• Strengthen culture: contribute to engagement initiatives, recognition, and team events.
• Grow capability: coordinate training sessions and track participation.
• Champion consistency: support policy and labor law compliance across HR processes.
