The position requires recruiting, interviewing, and aligning candidate skills with client needs, while expanding the branch’s business through proactive outreach and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow up with candidates and temporary staff.
• Match employee skills to customer hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Build professional relationships between temporary staff and clients.
• Support branch goals through administrative tasks and sales activities.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to create new partnerships.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Implement marketing programs for sales calls and demonstrations.
• Nurture partnerships with exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Coach and retain temporary associates to ensure performance and satisfaction.
