Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a bilingual Talent Advisor (English and Spanish) for a permanent, full-time internal role. Entry-level customer service representative/sales with strong phone skills and energy will be considered immediately.

Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates, matching skills to client needs, and developing new business while supporting branch profitability. Strong MS Office and travel readiness required.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak and write in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow up with candidates and temporary staff.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase branch profits.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting overall mission.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to gain new business.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Implement and manage marketing programs for sales calls and PR.
• Nurture partnerships with exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary associates; coach for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for temp staff and customers.
