Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary staff.
• Recruit, interview, and follow up with candidates and associates.
• Perform resume searches and refer to candidate pools to fulfill client orders.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Nurture partnerships and manage marketing programs for branch growth.
• Troubleshoot issues for associates and customers.
