Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or workforce planning.
- Proven success recruiting engineers, technicians, skilled trades, and manufacturing professionals.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication skills.
- Experience with college recruiting, internships, and apprenticeship programs a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineers, technicians, skilled trades, and manufacturing staff.
- Develop and manage technical talent pipelines and partnership with colleges and programs.
- Lead workforce planning and labor cost-control strategies.
- Analyze staffing needs, overtime, turnover, and recruiting metrics.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies and recruitment partners.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding in English and Spanish.
- Support strategic workforce decisions with leadership.
