Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Anaheim is seeking an HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, and professional roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong employee relations, and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws (federal, state, local).
• Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and major job boards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Partner with managers to plan staffing and workforce strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
• Screen, interview, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain talent pipelines.
• Represent the company at job fairs and community events.
• Support employee relations, policies, and compliance.
