Job summary

Petree Partners seeks an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on production, skilled trades, and plant support, with fluency in English and Spanish to engage a diverse workforce.

You will partner with plant managers, source candidates through multiple channels, conduct bilingual screenings, manage the ATS, and drive a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume and/or hard-to-fill recruiting.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting/sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and production roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with plant managers, supervisors, and department leaders to understand staffing needs and build effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, job fairs, and local outreach programs.
• Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) phone screens, interviews, and candidate communications to ensure clear understanding throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and community recruiting initiatives, including those targeting Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition data.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support employer branding efforts to attract talent in a competitive manufacturing labor market.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC, OFCCP (if applicable), and other employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
