NAFI Connecticut is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent across CT, NY, and RI. You will manage posting, sourcing, screening, and interviews while maintaining ATS data and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years' experience.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable networking in the community and representing the organization.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, community outreach, marketing, or related field.
• Familiar with ATS and recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates through networking, outreach, and events.
• Develop strategies to attract diverse and multilingual candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates informed.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and update postings as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and identify top talent.
• Represent NAFI CT at job fairs, colleges, and community events.
• Create recruiting marketing materials and social media content to strengthen the employer brand.
• Monitor metrics and suggest process improvements to improve candidate experience.
• Act as a positive ambassador ensuring a welcoming experience from first contact through onboarding.
