Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and connect qualified candidates with immediate job opportunities in multifamily industry.
• Communicate with candidates and clients to understand needs and find the right match.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, meet recruiting goals, and fill open positions quickly.
• Promote job opportunities through social media, job boards, networking, and recruiting events.
• Guide candidates through applications, background screenings, onboarding, and new-hire requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and support daily office operations.
