Job summary

Moss Utilities is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual) to build and sustain a strong pipeline of skilled craft talent across the DFW area. You will partner with Superintendents and Operations leadership to fulfill project staffing needs and ensure a high-quality field workforce.

The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, maintaining ATS accuracy, and enhancing recruiting processes, while representing Moss Utilities and the Moss Fuerte culture with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience in construction or skilled trades.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly field positions (laborers, pipelayers, operators, foremen).
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Operations leadership to plan staffing.
• Maintain applicant tracking and ensure hiring steps follow policy.
