Job summary

Moss Utilities in Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a Safety Advisor to lead safety operations across our projects. The role oversees field safety personnel, develops strategies, and strengthens our Safety Always culture to protect teams and improve performance.

You will implement programs, conduct site visits, investigate incidents, and partner with operations to align safety with production goals. The position offers opportunities for growth within an ESOP environment.

Qualifications

• Construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, excavation, and utility construction safety.
• Proven ability to lead crews and influence safety culture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Safety Advisor

Position Summary
