Job summary

Moss Utilities, established in 2016 and employee-owned (ESOP), seeks a Safety Advisor to lead our safety operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee field safety personnel, develop strategies to reinforce our Safety Always culture, and ensure compliance with all safety standards across projects.

Responsibilities include implementing safety programs, conducting jobsite visits, investigations, and audits, and partnering with operations to align safety with production goals.

Qualifications

  • Construction safety experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, excavation, and utility construction safety.
  • Proven ability to lead crews and influence safety culture.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Safety Advisor
Position Summary

The Safety Advisor leads Moss Utilities’ safety operations, overseeing field safety personnel, developing strategies to enhance our 'Safety Always' culture, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable safety standards. This individual plays a critical leadership role in protecting our people and strengthening the company’s safety performance across all projects.
