Fives DyAG Corp. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - Bilingual Spanish to join our on-site team in San Antonio.

You will act as a strategic recruitment partner to plant leadership and operations, leading sourcing and interview processes while ensuring a fair, inclusive candidate experience. The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS/CRM tools, and the ability to translate labor market insights into practical hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience advising hiring managers.
• Experience building pipelines for current and future talent needs.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools (Workday, Greenhouse, SF, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret recruiting data and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a candidate-facing recruiter and a strategic talent advisor to business and operations leaders.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, coach hiring managers, translate labor market insights into action, and deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand.
• Success is measured by quality of hire, time to fill, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, and process excellence.
• Partner with plant leadership and functional leaders to align hiring to workforce plans, production schedules, and critical capability needs.
• Lead intake sessions that clarify success profiles, interview strategy, decision criteria, compensation ranges, and timeline.
• Advise on role design, selection methods, and structured interviews that increase fairness and predictive validity.
