Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is partnering with a global leader in building automation to hire a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner for a contract role onsite in Texas. The recruiter will be hands-on, candidate-facing, and consultative while supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and operations hiring.

You will lead intake meetings, define candidate profiles, advise on interview methods, build proactive talent pipelines, and guide hiring managers using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience with proven ability to partner with hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operations.
• Experience using ATS/CRM and sourcing platforms.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in multi-site or high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align hiring with workforce plans and production needs.
• Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and hiring timelines.
• Advise on role design, selection methods, and interview practices.
• Leverage market insights to guide talent availability and sourcing strategy.
• Coach on inclusive hiring and balancing skills, speed, and fit.
• Coordinate interview teams and deliver interview guides for consistency.
• Own top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and build proactive pipelines.
• Manage candidate flow through the ATS with timely communication.
• Maintain candidate experience and compliance with policies.
• Ensure documentation and confidentiality throughout recruiting.
