Job summary

SERVICON is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter to connect great people with meaningful roles across our frontline operations. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, and build pipelines through community outreach while collaborating with Operations and HR leaders.

The role emphasizes English/Spanish bilingual skills, relationship building, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required, written and spoken.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience for frontline/high-volume teams.
• Experience recruiting across multi-site or geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong grassroots and community-based sourcing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized, discreet, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders and HR to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute high-volume frontline recruiting strategies.
• Build pipelines through community outreach, job fairs, referrals, and local networks.
• Establish relationships with community partners to strengthen branding.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for frontline roles.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate data and recruiting docs in ATS/HRIS.
• Monitor requisitions, pipelines, aging roles, and progress with stakeholders.
• Communicate hiring progress and risks to operations and HR partners.
• Support recruiting events and high-volume hiring initiatives as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to transition candidates to onboarding.
