You will coordinate multilingual communications, interviews, and onboarding across multiple sites, working with a range of stakeholders. This role requires English and Spanish proficiency and a hands-on, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish for candidate communication and collaboration.
• Experience recruiting for construction/field roles or similar workforce.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen bilingual candidates for construction and field-based roles.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring steps, and candidate communication across multiple job sites.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Support onboarding preparation and compliance steps for newly hired employees.
