Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager (Bilingual Mandarin) to lead our Talent Acquisition function during a period of rapid growth. The role requires strategic recruiting leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions, with close collaboration between U.S.

and China leadership. You will build long-term talent pipelines, optimize ATS processes (Greenhouse preferred), and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while partnering on workforce planning and employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience across multiple domains (tech, manufacturing, engineering, corporate).
• 3+ years in recruiting leadership or Talent Acquisition management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred; familiarity with HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to meet hiring goals across business functions.
• Establish recruiting priorities, hiring strategies, and performance expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition and optimize workflows and reporting.
• Partner with U.S. and China leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic plans.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, IT, and leadership roles.
