Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual in Texas (onsite). You will lead full-cycle recruiting using AI-enabled tools, data-driven insights, and human judgment to identify, assess, and hire high-quality talent through a fair, compliant, and human-centered process.

You will partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements, leverage structured, skills-based hiring, and ensure AI-assisted decisions include strong human oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience, with success in high-volume, data-driven recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for engineer roles.
• Hands-on use of sourcing, pipelining, ATS, CRM, automation, and interview intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of structured selection, recruiting analytics, and workflow discipline.
• Bilingual, with knowledge of responsible AI principles and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions using AI-enabled tools and recruiter judgment.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and develop structured, skills-based hiring approaches.
• Apply AI-assisted market intelligence and talent mapping to shape sourcing strategy.
• Configure role profiles, screening criteria, and interview workflows using AI-enabled tools.
• Direct sourcing with human and AI resources, building pipelines for priority roles.
• Review AI-generated recommendations and ensure human oversight in all decisions.
• Use AI tools to personalize outreach and coordinate scheduling to improve candidate experience.
• Advise on offer development using market data and AI-supported compensation insights.
• Maintain recruiting records and ensure policy compliance throughout the process.
