Job description

ICF is hiring flexible part-time REMOTE Survey Research interviewers! The work supports vital health-focused surveys for our Federal and global health agencies. As a Survey Researcher at ICF, you’ll help collect data via specific telephone questions; the collected data is used to identify risks and monitor trends that allow our clients to deliver targeted effective health policy interventions. Job Description:

1. Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses, often using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. Training will be provided.
2. Engage positively with members of the public and remain neutral and unbiased regarding their responses.
3. Build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team Lead, supporting your progress and project goals. Our goal is to develop highly trained and motivated team members who enjoy dynamic and rewarding work.
4. Must be able to sit for long periods.

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma/GED
2. Must live within one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, Kansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Oklahoma, Nevada, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Louisiana, Idaho, Arkansas, Alabama.
3. Must be fluent in Spanish and able to record answers in Spanish.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

1. 6 months of previous call center, customer service, or collections experience preferred.
2. Experience collecting and recording data from the public.

Professional Skills:

• Active listening and communication skills, both written and oral. Clear enunciation required.
• Ability to engage positively and remain neutral during calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills including courtesy and professionalism.
• Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to work limited overtime.
• Clear telephone speaking voice and ability to read from a script.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboarding and data entry (30 WPM).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Meet performance metrics.

The pay range for this full-time equivalent position is $25,839.00 - $43,926.00, based on factors like experience, skills, location, and certifications.
