Job summary

La Plaza in Central Indiana seeks a Success Coach for the Latino Opportunity Center to provide one-on-one coaching and lead workshops. You will help participants create action plans toward employment, education, and financial stability and work with a cross-functional team to deliver supportive services.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% for community engagement and program support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Four-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of resources for low-income populations in Marion County.
• Ability to build long-term trusted relationships and motivate clients.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional travel).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to move individuals from unemployment to stable careers.
• Lead and facilitate cohort meetings and workshops.
• Maintain accurate data entry and program reporting to meet benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the Latino Opportunity Center team to develop and improve programs.
• Engage with employers, educational and financial partners to expand opportunities.
• Occasional evening or weekend work and travel up to 25% as needed.
