Job summary

Guadalupe Centers Inc. seeks a Workforce Coach/Instructor to guide community members toward career and financial stability within the Workforce Development & Adult Education Department, a Financial Opportunity Center (FOC).

You will recruit participants, conduct assessments, and deliver job readiness including digital literacy in English and Spanish. You will build partnerships with employers and educational institutions, maintain participant records in Salesforce, and provide coaching on

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and certifications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Internet, and MIS (Salesforce, Paycor).
• Ability to work with diverse populations in a respectful, inclusive manner.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement core FOC services including coaching and group education.
• Conduct income support assessments and develop action plans with participants.
• Assist participants with employment and career development, including resumes and applications.
• Provide financial coaching on budgeting, debt reduction, savings, banking, and credit.
• Deliver financial literacy and career development workshops.
• Support participants in accessing vocational training and bridge to career pathways.
• Conduct outreach and participate in job fairs to recruit participants.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with employers and educational institutions.
• Maintain accurate participant records and documentation in Salesforce.
• Engage in professional development and program improvement.
