Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, oral and written, required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM and MIS tools.
• Ability to work non-judgmentally with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participants for training and employment programs.
• Conduct career assessments and provide job readiness support.
• Deliver digital literacy and financial literacy instruction in English and Spanish.
• Maintain participant records in Salesforce and support program outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with employers, schools and community organizations.
