Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher in a comparable field.
• Experience: At least two years of comparable experience.
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak).
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned spaces and inventory; process purchase orders with faculty.
• Support departments with startup packets and instructional materials.
• Assist student services to identify learning needs and develop adaptive materials.
• Provide alternate support for academic skills in conjunction with instructors.
• Assist with makeup testing and proctoring; update reports and data.
• Serve as liaison between students and faculty; support specialized software needs.
• Participate in training and division meetings; perform related duties.
