Success in this role involves fostering a welcoming environment, maintaining a flexible mindset toward individuals from various international backgrounds, accurately assessing student needs and facilitating timely access to appropriate resources and services. This position contributes to institutional objectives by enhancing student experience, promoting equitable access and supporting the effective delivery of student services, often in partnership with other departments across Madison College.Position Details:Schedule: This is a part-time position working, 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year position. Work hours typically between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed for School-related events or shifts in coverage.Grant-Funded Position: This position is funded through an annual grant. The current funding period extends through June 30, 2027, with funding anticipated to be renewed annually.Language Premium: This position offers a $100 per month bilingual pay premium. Verbal, reading, and writing proficiency testing is required.Location: This position is located at our Goodman South branch campus.
