Bay Area Community Resources seeks a Bilingual Success Coordinator to support an Expanded Learning Program. You will coordinate tutoring, provide homework help, and lead engaging activities for middle school students with a focus on equity and youth development.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, Spanish-English bilingual ability, and a commitment to safe, inclusive learning spaces through mid-June.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or Instructional Aide exam.
• Clear criminal background check and TB clearance.
• Available Monday–Friday after-school hours through mid-June.
• Proficient in English; Spanish reading/writing and speaking preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tutoring and academic support for up to 60 middle school students.
• Provide homework help and skill-building activities.
• Facilitate engaging group activities of 10–20 students.
• Develop tutoring schedules for students, tutors, and staff.
• Track attendance, engagement, and program data; report as required.

Job Description:Reports To: Program ManagerPosition SummaryThe Bilingual Success Coordinator supports students in an Expanded Learning Program by coordinating tutoring, academic support, enrichment activities, and student engagement.
