Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is hiring a part-time Instructional Aide to support youth development at the school site in Oakley, CA. The role involves assisting the program coordinator, tracking attendance, and helping with enrichment activities and daily operations during the academic year.

You will need an Associate degree or 48 college units or pass the Instructional Aide exam, plus background check and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Coordinator in day-to-day operations at the school site.
  • Maintain attendance tracking and reporting for students.

  • Plan engaging enrichment and physical activities for students.
  • Supervise students to ensure safety and behavior.
  • Communicate with coordinator, students, and families as needed.
