Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is hiring EXLP Assistant Instructors for after-school and enrichment programs. You will support TK–12 students by creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented educators who value equity, mentorship, and youth development. The role offers pay between $24 and $25 per hour, with 20–30 hours weekly and up to 15 paid holidays, plus a robust benefits package.

Some will include summer and intersession employment.Some previous experience working with kids and the ability to independently lead and supervise up to 22 students while playing, doing homework, and implementing enrichment activities.
