Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Green Bay, WI. You will own the sales and operations of your store, guiding performance and team success while delivering a seamless customer experience.

You’ll lead inventory, roll out new products, coach staff, and drive revenue with a hands-on leadership style. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Compensation includes base salary with commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably with commission-based earnings.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Your Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.
