Job summary

Whizz is opening a new store in Miami and seeks a Store Manager to lead the launch and growth of the location. You will build the operation from the ground up, recruit and develop a large, high-performing team, and drive business results while shaping Whizz's presence in a new market.

The role requires hands-on leadership with KPI-driven management, balancing sales, operations, inventory, and customer experience to achieve strong store performance from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing large teams, ideally 30+ employees.
• Fluent Spanish and English (C1/C2).
• Strong knowledge of KPI-driven management and dashboards.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control, audits, asset tracking, and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or workforce management systems is a plus.
• E-bike, bicycle, automotive, delivery, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
