Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, applicants, associates, and clients.
• Assist new applicants with online applications
• Build and maintain applicant, associate and client relationships
• Fully process and orientate all new hires
• Answer incoming calls promptly
• Maintain daily traffic logs
• Ensure accurate data entry daily
• Assist recruiting team with traffic and open orders
• Keep office organized and clean
