SURGE Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team in Greensboro. This full-time, entry-level recruiter role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to clients and temporary employees in both languages.

Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding candidates, sourcing through job boards and referrals, and building strong client relationships while supporting branch operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support branch growth initiatives and revenue goals.
