Role Description The Bilingual Staffing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for recruiting and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and matching qualified talent to client job openings across multiple industries. The specialist coordinates onboarding activities, verifies documentation, and ensures that placements meet client requirements and company standards. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and communicating clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates and clients. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team on workforce planning, resolving scheduling or attendance issues, and providing timely follow-up and support to ensure successful placements and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish), including the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages.
• Candidates should possess recruiting and staffing skills, such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, screening, and matching talent to client needs.
• Candidates should possess administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, documentation management, and effective time management.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to support candidates and clients with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address attendance, performance, and scheduling challenges in a timely manner.
• Experience in staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition, preferably within light industrial, logistics, or service-based environments, is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online job boards), and general HR best practices is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, HR, or a related field is beneficial.
