Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Bi‑Lingual Spanish/English Recruiter based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Recruiter will handle end‑to‑end recruitment, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. The role involves maintaining robust communication in both Spanish and English with candidates and clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, managing data on recruitment performance, and ensuring all staffing compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication and recruitment
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and "Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)" processes
