Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter for its Mableton, GA branch. The role requires English/Spanish bilinguals, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay is hourly, with overtime and on-call requirements.

The position is full-time, temporary to hire, with benefits including weekly pay and a 401(k) plan. Office hours are Monday–Friday, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our Mableton, GA branch. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Pay Rate

18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience

Schedules and Hours

Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.
