TMD Staffing, serving the Houston Metropolitan area, is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for temporary associates in a busy in-person office. You will source, interview, hire, and onboard candidates while maintaining compliance with client requirements, company policies, and KPIs.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, 2+ years in staffing or customer service, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or in a customer-service role.
• Ability to make independent decisions that impact overall operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing data entry, reporting, and ATS systems.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.
• Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, including job orders, placements, and performance reports.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.
• Meet customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in the Houston Metropolitan area! This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! We are looking for candidates with staffing experience to join our growing team. The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in staffing and recruitment.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM (must be flexible with schedule depending on client needs)

Recruiter Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
