Qualified Staffing is seeking a tenacious Staffing Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Harrisonburg, VA. You will lead recruiting efforts, drive branch performance, and build strong client relationships while guiding a high-performing team to connect great people with great opportunities.

Competenze

• Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong recruiting, sales, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Results-oriented with accountability and follow-through.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency with staffing software.
