Elwood Staffing is hiring a Staffing Recruiter to drive recruiting, screening, onboarding and placement in the Arlington branch. You will support sales performance and branch operations while delivering superior customer service to clients and associates.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, administering pre-employment tests, handling paperwork, and making timely job offers. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placement activities for the branch.
• Interview applicants in a timely manner; offer job assignments to qualified candidates.
• Administer pre-employment tests and ensure proper paperwork and compliance.
• Maintain client and associate communications and provide superior customer service.
• Assist in branch operations and support sales performance and business development.
