A staffing agency is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator for their office in Marysville, Ohio. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess candidates through screening and interviewing.
• Attend recruiting events and community groups.
• Prepare and edit associate resumes for submission to clients.
• Manage scheduling of interviews and document feedback.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Provide coaching and counseling to improve performance.
