Joliet Staffing LLC seeks a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support operations at Glendale Heights and Minooka, IL. The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to commute between two branch locations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
• Open to commuting between Glendale Heights and Minooka offices.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, screening, evaluating and onboarding candidates according to client needs.
• Consulting with client hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Developing sourcing strategies using online networks, job boards and local media.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients and providing prep.
• Maintaining accurate documentation via systems and email with clients.
• Providing ongoing support and career coaching to temporary staff.
• Ensuring safety and compliance during onboarding and day‑to‑day assignments.
• Handling open enrollment questions and benefits inquiries as a resource.
