Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred
• Comfortable running in-person and phone interviews with sharp attention to detail
• Solid with Microsoft and/or Google Suite, and prior ATS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, then match them to roles so the placement sticks
• Partner with recruiters and Branch Manager on hiring strategy and recruitment drives
• Manage onboarding paperwork, background checks, and live placements to keep processes moving
• Build real relationships with clients and job seekers to be the first name they think of for staffing
