Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Ysidro, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required; CFs welcome. Salary range $82,000-$120,000 per year based on the school year calendar.

Responsibilities include conducting CA school-based services, assessments, IEP collaboration with parents/teachers, and data-driven therapy. CA SLP license/eligibility, fingerprint and TB clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CA school-based services in an ethical and legally defensible manner.
• Perform appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents/Teachers/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Write goals aligned to curricular standards and maintain therapy data logs.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
