Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based services in California. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for CA licensure. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, with fingerprint and TB clearances necessary.

Onsite opportunities offer collaboration with a dedicated clinical team. We support professional development through in-house mentorship, student loan paydown, and ongoing supervision.

  • Fluency in Spanish required.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
  • Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ethically and legally defensible CA school-based speech-language pathology services.
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP teams.
  • Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
  • Develop IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
